National Asset Management Ltd (NAMAL) is a public limited liability company owned by two financial institutions namely Milford Holdings (Pvt) Ltd and the DFCC Bank . The issued share capital of  NAMAL is Rs. 100 million.

The Board of Directors are primarily represented by its institutional shareholders. The present Board is constituted of representatives from the DFCC Bank and Milford Holdings (Pvt) Ltd.

NAMAL has an experienced staff with wide exposure in Banking, Investment, Research, Securities dealing, Finance and Marketing. The multi disciplinary skills form an important element in managing diverse portfolios and the day to day operations of the company.
